Well you just stumble upon the acne guru..which is me wakakaka^^ Have you ever been told that your skin problems is a kind of disease and you need to sign up for some expensive package to cure it? Well I have, and it's not something which you'll like to hear. Here I'm going to share with you a cure to your skin problems that won't burn a hole through your wallet hehe^^ but it'll will need a lot of patience and disciplines because good skin don't happen overnight ok. I did a lot of research and went through a lot of blogs and came out with a method that worked for me, but I do not guarantee it will be suitable for everyone. So it's a cheaper alternative before you do anything drastic like signing up for some expensive package.
Here are the daily regime that you MUST follow:-

Step 1-Cleanser
Wash your face when you wake up and before go go to bed with Cetaphil. You can get this at Guardian Pharmacy for RM. It's a mild cleanser which does not aggravate your skin. You may feel that it does not cleanse your face due to its lack of foam but this is perfectly alright.

Step 2-Toner
After cleansing use a non alcohol toner to close up your pores as well as to help absorption of your products (essence, moisturizer etc). You can get Neutrogena non alcohol toner for RM at Watson and Guardian pharmacy.
Step 3-Treatment(For Night Only)

Apply Panoxyl 2.5 on acne prone area. Please take note that Panoxyl is a very strong ingredient, so don't be greedy and purchase the higher dosage Panoxyl (eg: Panoxyl 5.0 or 10). For first time user only apply on alternate days during the 1st week(eg: Mon,Wed,Fri,Sun). You may see some redness on your face during the first 2 weeks of applying Panoxyl but don't fret because it is normal. Please stop applying immediately if you are having some allergic skin reaction.
Because Panoxyl is drying to the skin, I would advice you to use hydrating moisturizer like ZA which you can get at Guardian or Watson at RM. So far I have tested out a few of the hydrating moisturizer brands that causes a stinging effect on the skin when used with Panoxyl, so please avoid these brands(Loreal & Garnier Hydrating Moisturizer).

For Day time you should use moisturizer that contains SPF(meaning: sun block) for example Nivea Visage Sparkling White Day Care at Watson or Guardian at RM. But if you are lazy you can still continue using the same Hydrating moisturizer that you use for night.

Step 5-Scar Lightening Essence
To lighten your acne scars, you can get ZA True White Essence which is only available at a few selected branch of Guardian and Watson at RM.
Step 6-Pimple Cream

Here are some of the pimple creams that are quite effective:-
For Day you can use Clean&Clear Acne Clearing Treatment Gel, available at Guardian and Watson at RM. This treatment gel is transparent so it is suitable to be apply during the day.
For Night it is recommended to use Clearasil Pimple Treatment Cream from Guardian or Watson at RM. It can effectively shrink your pimple overnight, but the bad point is that it is yellow in color.
Here is an easier way to remember the steps:-

*Tips for faster results:
- Eat more fruits and vegetables and make sure you drink lotsa water.
- Avoid eating sweets and junk food.
- Try not to buy the full range of your facial products under the same brand only, because I believe that each brands has only one star product which is effective.
- Apply hydration mask every once a week. You can get Watson's mask which cost about RM per piece.
- Go for facial at least once a month. After extraction your face can adsorb the products better.
After you have control your acne problem, you can try adding on more treatment products into your regime or upgrade your products to a much more expensive brand which can give you faster results.
For example, right now I am using b-liv by Cellniq "Off with those heads, Pro Sebum Gel" as a treatment to control my blackheads before applying moisturizer during the day. You can get this from Sasa, Guardian and Watson at RM.

I have also upgrade my night moisturizer to Laneige Water Bank range for better Hydration. You can get this from any Jusco or Parksons outlet at RM100-RM200.
